Pregnant and sharp back pain?
I woke up at 6 in the morning with this horible aching pain in my back starting from my shoulder blades to the middle of my back. And for some reason it made me feel like I was going to throw up. Vivid dream and flashbacks?
I had a very vivid dream last night and it was very creepy too. Basically,the entire dream I was in a car with a man that had kidnapped me. I was curled up in the corner of the front seat eyeing him and he would reach over and start stroking me on the cheek and comb his fingers through my hair and I would shiver and squirm whenever he touched me. At one moment in the dream I started kicking at the door and trying to get out and he just started saying "shh calm down you’re not going anywhere" and I’d give up and just start crying. Then at one point in the dream he stopped at a gas station or something and I couldn’t get out because he had the child lock on so I took the ice scraper and broke the window with it and unlocked the car from the outside. I started running and screaming and yelling help and then he came out from nowhere and tackled me a dragged me back to his car. By the time I had woken up I was still in the car with the words "help me" traced backwards on the window.
The dream was so realistic and I couldn’t stop thinking about it all day and I couldn’t get the image of me cringing in the corner and the man touching me. It’s really bothering me and it may be irrational, but I keep having this feeling like it’s actually going to happen to me.
Does any one have any idea what all of this means?
I didn’t mention this but I usually don’t have dreams, but whenever I do dream something in the dream always shows up in my real life, I just can’t figure this out and it usually happens the day after my dream.

I have crazy dreams like this too. Not being kidnapped or anything but being killed in various places in the world. I think just because you where in the dream doesnt mean it will happen to you personally. If anything you where picking up someone elses fear.

Like i had a dream i had my head cut off by a sword in a middle eastern country, but even though i was in the dream i could tell it was not me but someone else.

In my opinion, when you dream you pick up vibrations from other peoples lives all over the world.

If you’re really looking for an amazing game, go for Call of Duty 5, or 6 (much better than Medal of Honor). They’re the best games on earth. Resident Evil 5 is also great. I haven’t played Rainbow 6 but it’s supposed to be good. Sorry if Call of Duty isn’t on your list but they’re so great I can’t help but recommend them to game lovers.

@ Deewah: Crysis is overhyped. Partly because when it came out in 2007 it was the most graphically demanding game and in all honesty the most beautiful, but not anymore.

@ Lorene W: You suggested Far Cry 2 to me too. What’s up with this game? I had said in my question that I hated that game. It’s got the most boring storyline ever. You also spend most of your time driving around which sucks.

Can depression be most extreme at a certain time of day?
I’m fifteen years old and im pretty sure i have some type of depression. Part of it is because my parents are getting divorced and im not exactly sure what the rest is. ever since coming home from spending two months at camp this summer i havent been the same. ive lost interest in almost all of my friends. i rarely want to hang out with or talk to anyone and when i do i just want it to be over. even with my camp friends now, who used to be the only people i was completely happy with. ive given up on trying to be close with people and have lost soo many friends with since last year. last year i was pretty, popular and had tons of friends and a great social life. this year i have 3 people that i barley hang out with and can barley stand anymore. nothing seems worth it. ive even given up on talking to the guy i like because nothing in my life is going anywhere. i sleep more then ever before and sometimes i wake up 3-4 times a night without reason. and i know this sounds bad for a fifteen year old but i sleep with my mom almost every night, because she is majorly depressed because of the divorce as well. another thing contributing to it is my sister, shes 12 and a star athlete and my dad’s life revolves around her and her sports and has no time and energy for me. its always this game then that game.. im not jealous just her being so good at everything makes me feel really bad about myself. she even does better in school then i did at her age and juggles 3 high school sports plus multiple club teams. i feel like a nothing next to her. and me and her fight constantly. ive lost all my desire to be at school. i cant stand my teachers and the immature kids who i feel know nothing about life.but my sadness seems to be the worst right as the school day is ending, when im walking out of school, usually alone. i dont know what to do about this and i dont like feeling this way, and its been going on for months. all i want to do is sleep and watch tv, which gets my mind off everything. how can i stop feeling so hopeless? and why am i most depressed as im walking out of school? is that common in depression?

1. Yes it’s possible to be more depressed at certain times of day. It all depends on your hormones, chemical balance , what you eat , when you eat , how much sleep you get, surroundings etc.
2. I don’t think you’re depressed. You’re just having a tough time coping with the divorce and the neglect of your parents. It definitly must be tough to not only NOT get support from your mom but also have to support her through her depression. She has to be the responsible one. Not to mention the neglect of your dad in the shadow of your sister’s jampacked life.
3. Do NOT compare yourself to your sibling. Okay she’s doing better at things. But school and sports are not the only achievements in life. Look at yourself. You’re grown enough to help your mom through this tough time. Something your sister could never do. Her life only revolves around herself and she will lack certain social abilities in the future, while you’re strong and mature enough to analyze your sadness and talk about it to us and ask for advice. I commend your for that. I think you’re the stronger , more able sibling. Appearences are deceiving.
4. Physical activity will help you cheer up a bit more. Even if it’s just walking by yourself with your Ipod or MP3 player, around the neighborhood. Commit to 30 minutes of physical activity a day,
5. Pay attention to what you’re eating. Take in fruits and vegetables , especially citrus fruits with Vitamin C that can help your body cope better so your mind has a chance to cope better.
6. Wait it out. You’re growing up and not being interested in your friends could mean they’re not growing as fast. Just wait a while. Either they’ll become interesting again in a few months or you’ll find better friends.
7. Start a journal, Write about your feelings every night , and some times give a page or two to your mom or dad to read , about what they should be doing more or less for you, or how they’re making you feel.
